Our Client is seeking for a Head of Talent Acquisition who is driven, passionate and resilient to manage their ambitious growth in Hong Kong. If you have a history of success in filling critical positions, managing relationships with hiring managers, shaping next-level recruitment methodologies and rolling up your sleeves, you will be a great fit.  

Responsibilities 

• Recruitment Strategy: planning, execution and pipeline management to ensure that the process is smooth, effective and transparent.
• Business Partnering: work closely with stakeholders and hiring managers on talent acquisition needs including role positioning, JD drafting, expectations alignment, etc.
• Employer Branding: as a key identifier of the company’s key values and be the advocate of the company core values
• Company Branding: as one of the key representatives to promote and enhance company branding both internally and externally
• Identify innovative ways of candidate sourcing and develop and implement new recruitment/ assessment tools based on market research.
• Establish close relationships with executive search agencies to get first-hand access to top candidates.

• Bachelor Degree or above from reputable universities
• A minimum of 8 years in talent acquisitions (either in-house / agencies); Significant track record in helping start-up / technology firms to conduct mass recruitment
• Have a good understanding on cryptocurrency / blockchain / technology is a plus
• Passionate, driven, adaptable and a fast learner
• Be able to work under pressure within a fast-moving environment
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
