The Authority will organise a series of fashion event. It would be an excellent opportunity for those who would like to develop their career in event planning and management.

Responsibilities:

• Support and assist the Project Manager and Project Executive on planning and management of events
• Assist in project coordination including administration support, coordinate with vendors, etc.
• Provide marketing support including maintenance of social media and website when needed
• Support for venue set-up decoration 
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned as necessary

Requirements:

• University degree holder or equivalent preferred but not compulsory
• Strong sense and attention to details
• Good time management and organisational skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Proficient in MS Office
• Hands-on experience in AI is a plus
• Immediate available is a definite advantage
• Fresh graduates are welcome

Terms of Appointment:  Starting salary and level of appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
