This role will be based in Hong Kong and will report to the Head of People. We are seeking a dynamic and fast-paced individual to join us focusing on the development and implementation of all recruitment initiatives as well as strategies.

• Work closely with the hiring managers and HRBPs in order to devise and implement tailored, fit-for-purpose talent acquisition approaches to address future business and hiring needs
• Be the strategic advisor to designate business units and provide HR strategic planning on recruitment, employer branding, HR costing etc
• Establish effective talent sourcing strategies in both current and new channels, including universities, social platforms, professional networks and agencies , to build talent pipelines across different sectors
• Manage the overall interview and selection procedures
• Support and execute the overall employer branding activities and recruitment marketing to reach the targeted talent pools
• Organize and attend online and offline job fairs and recruitment events to build and enhance the employer brand in the targeted talent markets
• Develop, monitor and achieve talent acquisition related SLAs and KPIs to monitor the quality of deliverables and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Participate in any ad hoc HR tasks as required

Desired Skills and Experience

• A recognized university degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, Information Technology or other relevant disciplines
• Minimum 5 years' experience as Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar roles, ideally from mixed in-house and recruitment agencies background
• Strong talent sourcing skills; Familiar with social media, talent databases and professional networks
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting, with knowledge in various interview techniques, evaluation methods, Recruitment Software Tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (like greenhouse or workday) with strong analytical skills
• Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
• A collaborative team player, excellent interpersonal, communication and facilitation skills
• Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Canadidate with less experience will be considered as Talent Acquistiion Associate Manager
