Responsibilities:

• Prepare the confirmation letters to Banks / Brokers and arrange signing
• Prepare settlement reports
• Confirm the trades with Banks / Brokers and follow-up the trades
• Check Banks / Brokers' confirmation and handle their enquiry on settlement matters
• Perform office operational and administrative tasks
• Undertake ad-hoc tasks assigned

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education or above
• Minimum of 1 year relevant experience in settlement with basic knowledge
• Proficiency in MS Office (e.g. Excel, Word) and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua will be an advantage
• Self-disciplined, able to work independently with good communication skills
• Strong team player

Less experiences will be considered as lower position.
