Our client is a well-known corporate bank. They are currently looking for Senior Officer, Operations Management in Operations Department.

(More experienced candidates will be considered as (Assistant) Manager.)

Job Description 

• Monitor, review and report daily operation transactions regarding KPI, account review and FATCA
• Maintain business contingency plan (BCP), policies & procedures and workflow in the Bank
• Analyze and enhance operational risk control and efficiency
• Monitor and enhance work quality and efficiency in Operations Department
• Co-work with related Departments to ensure operation efficiency, in compliance to guidelines and regulations

Requirements  

• Degree or above is preferred
• 1-5 years of relevant experience in operations management in commercial banking
• Well-versed with computer software skills including Chinese word processing
• Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
