CDD Officer / CDD Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Perform existing corporate clients and SWIFT Relationship Management Application (RMA) for periodic reviews, trigger review, and other CDD reviews triggered by projects and Transaction Monitoring, Request For Information, Name Screening result handling
• Update e-KYC and AML System and upload supporting documents, follow up, monitor and report the overall progress of the review
• Well communicate with RM and customer to collect supporting documents and KYC information to comply with regulatory policy, in-house policies and guidelines
• Prepare progress reports and perform clerical duties
• Other Ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management

Requirements

• Experience in dealing CDD review of Corporate Clients
• At least 2 years solid experience with commercial / corporate banking CDD/KYC (for CDD maker)
• Candidate with more experience in checker role will considered as Assistant Manager
• Good knowledge in AML issues
• Good spoken and written English and Mandarin
