Responsibilities:

1. Manage the preparation of the company’s cash flow forecast and budgets;
2. Assist in arranging for debt financing and maintaining banking relationships;
3. Assist in preparation of accounting schedules for year-end audit;
4. Perform analytical and business analysis for management;
5. Handle ad hoc financial reports and projects.

 Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting and with an internationally recognized accounting qualification;
2. Minimum 4 years’ experience in accounting and finance, including 3 years experience gained in Big 4 accounting firms/ sizable listed companies;
3. Working knowledge in the HK Listing Rules is required;
4. Excellent understanding of the PRC accounting rules and regulation;
5. Strong analytical, reporting and problem solving skills;
6. Result oriented and able to work under tight deadlines;
7. Self-motivated, responsible, a good team player and willing to travel;
8. Knowledge in application of SAP accounting software;
9. Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
