Responsibilities

• Handle and verify account receivables collection and invoice settlement
• Reconcile bank statement
• Maintain records of account receivables, daily and monthly reports
• Prepare vouchers and assist in month-end closing
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• Minimum 1-year experience in accounting, preferably in retail industry
• Secondary education, LCC intermediate level or above
• Good knowledge of MS office
• Experience in Flex system is an advantage
• Good command of spoken English and Chinese
• Immediate available is highly preferred
