Job Description
My client is one leading international Private Equity, due to business expansion, they're looking for one Healthcare Equity Analyst based in Shanghai
Responsibilities:
Participate in formulating and executing business development strategies and plans for the Platform
Lead the in-depth market research, closely monitor and analyze industry trend, provide credit analysis and profitability on target companies and build comprehensive database of target clients and tenants, market insights, etc.
Regularly meet with potential clients and other various stakeholders to understand their businesses need of capital and space leasing, generate collaborative opportunities, and maintain strong relationships
Other job responsibilities as assigned by company
Qualification Requirements:
Master’s degree or PhD in life science related disciplines (e.g. medical, pharmacy,
biology, chemistry) or MBA / finance / economics degrees from a top-tier institution
At least 5 years of experience in investment banking, securities research, financial advisory, or consulting firm, focusing on healthcare, life science, medical and pharmaceutical industries’ research and analysis
Solid market knowledge and connection in healthcare industry
Strong financial and analytical skills, familiar in financial modelling
Excellent communication skills, fluently bilingual in Chinese and English
Entrepreneur Spirit, self-motivated, responsible, result-driven, positive and flexible, smart and hard-working, ability to work independently under pressure
Candidates with more experience could be considered at Associate Director level.
