Job Responsibilities

• Promotes and executes integrated programmes for celebrating HKIB’s anniversary with a view to strengthen industry’s collaboration and partnership, promoting the joint effort of the banking industry and stakeholders’ engagement.
• Provides strategic planning and priority-setting for key celebration activities – gala dinner and a banking history archive.
• Works independently to produce promotion plan and content with full utilisation of the engaged vendors.
• Represents HKIB in communications with key stakeholders for lining up content and support to the celebration activities.
• Contributes market knowledge on driving effective branding and marketing campaigns for anniversary celebration.

Job Requirements

• University degree holder or above, preferably in journalism, marketing or communications discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of event marketing, event management and editorial experience with 2 years at a supervisory role.
• Strong project management & communications skills and attention to details.
• Proactive and a good team player.
• Outgoing, responsible, independent and resourceful.
• Excellent English and Chinese writing skills with the ability to create quality promotion materials.
