Job Description
Our client, a prestigious international law firm is looking for a Legal Secretary, Corporate to join dynamic operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide full range of secretarial support to a Partner and Associates in the Corporate Division
- Draft & prepare legal documents & correspondence
- Handle travel arrangement, prepare expenses reports and personal issues
- Schedule business meetings & manage the diaries for Associates and Partners
- Assist on partner's personal matters
- Organize and maintain filing system
- Handle matters openings and conflict search duties
- Prepare bills to clients
- Assist in ad-hoc projects
Job Requirements:
- HKCEE or above
- At least 2 year secretarial experience within corporate areas within law firms
- Advance levels in using MS Word and Chinese Word Processing
- Fluency of Mandarin & English is required
- Detail-oriented, independent with strong sense of responsibility
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Fresh graduates will be considered as a junior legal secretary
