Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Account for all daily business transactions and daily operations. Carry out monitoring, verification and final approval on these transactions and operations.
- Be a key support to provide solutions related to internal policies, bank relationship and latest regional financial regulations to the heads of accounting of group companies in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea and Mainland China
- Plan, decide and execute new business for the sake of the group financial position and sustainable development of the department
- Discuss, liaison and negotiate with banks, accounting firm, lawyers and government authorities to develop suitable business modules in different regions
- Establish annual business plan and keep tracking the performance is on the right track
- Analysis group companies’ financial reports and regional financial market and report to Head Office periodically
- Promote, deploy and keep monitoring Head Office financial policies in each region, offer guidance and support to group companies
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Finance / Accounting
- At least 10 years relevant experience in accounting, banking or finance field
- Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
- Proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese, Putonghua and Japanese
- Able to work under pressure, deliberative, independent and good interpersonal skills
