Responsibilities:

• Draft, propose, and review policies and procedures to ensure the firm follow the regulatory requirements
• Review error incidents and customer complaints to identify underlying problems
• Handle license application and notification
• Handle regulators enquiries, inspections, and investigations
• Perform other ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Hold a university degree or professional qualification, preferably in finance, accounting, business, or legal discipline
• 4 + years of compliance-related experience in the securities industry
• Mature, responsible, and attentive to details
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English and Chinese
