Responsibilities:

• Build, manage, and grow our institutional and distribution team in Greater China region.
• Develop and maintain a strong relationship with investors - private banks, family offices and HNWIs.
• Establish local and global channels and expand our institutional customer base efficiently
• Have a clear understanding of customer needs and channel feedback to our internal teams effectively

Requirements：

• 8+ years of experience in fund sales, distribution sales & business development in financial services
• Proven track record of developing relationships, negotiating, and problem-solving with both internal and external partners and stakeholders
• Creative, results-driven thinker who can clearly translate priorities into strategy
• Have existing relationships with PB, family offices, HNW, and other sophisticated investors
• Fluency in Mandarin and English is a must
