• Support management team in the engagement of business partners, including but not limited to background studies, on-site visits, compliance with relevant regulations e.g. product safety or intellectual properties etc.;
• Maintain and update management systems of business partners;
• Assist tendering procedures;
• Other ad-hoc duties.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma holder in any discipline;
• 1-2 years or above relevant working experience is preferred;
• Mature, well-organized, attention to details, analytical, able to work independent, good teamwork skills, good communication, problem solving & interpersonal skills, good time management, able to interact with all levels;
• Strong in internet searching skill;
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Outdoor work is required.
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
• More experience will be considered as Officer
