Job Responsibilities：

• Develop and identify potential clients, build and maintain strong relationship with institutional clients, family offices and retail channels in Hong Kong and mainland China
• Work closely with investment and product team to generate ideas for business growth, participate in business strategy developments and take ownership of action plans
• Understand market landscape, formulate medium to long term business strategies for business growth
• Handle client communication and enquiries in a professional manner;
• Provide regular reporting to the Group and Headquarter to support the business on a timely manner
• Prepare and execute client onboarding with the operations team
• Perform such other duties as shall from time to time be directed by superiors

Job Requirement:

• Degree in Finance or Economics, Marketing or equivalent disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of sales and marketing experience in banking, asset management or fund distribution
• Business Development or Fund Sales experience at a Buy-side firm, with existing relationship with Institutional investors
• Licensed person of Type 4 and Type 9 regulated activities under SFC
• Possess sound investment and financial knowledge such as: Fixed Income funds, Equity Funds, Property funds and PE funds
• Possess competent product knowledge as well as understanding in global market environment
• Mature with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently, strong sense of responsibility and a good team player
• Excellent communications in both written and spoken English and Cantonese; fluency in Mandarin is highly recommended
