Job Description
Our client is a sizable organization. Due to the rapid growth of the company, they are now looking for talented individuals to join the professional team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide In-house Software application implementation and support
- Manage and support the project in project planning, progress monitoring, performance evaluation, issue handling and escalation, change management and documentation
- Provide consultation to user department related to IT aspect
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Information Technology/Computer Science or related disciplines
- At least 2 years' experience in Business Analyst OR IT Application support OR system developments
- Solid experience in system implementation including requirements collection, compilation, User Training, UAT and Go-live support
- Technical experience in web-based/ mobile device solution will be an advantage BUT not essential
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
