Responsibilities

• Assist in handling company secretarial duties for the listed company, including drafting announcements and circulars; organizing meetings of the boards, committees and shareholders; preparing board resolutions and ensuring compliance with all relevant statutory and regulatory matters;
• Assist in assessing and managing corporate acquisitions and investment projects;
• Maintain and update company secretarial records, provide assistance in reviewing company secretarial related documents;
• Collaborate with other service lines within the Group and other external professionals (if needed); and
• Perform other ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned 

Requirements

• University degree majoring in business administration, accounting, law or other related disciplines;
• 1 to 2 years working experience preferred;
• Ability to handle multiple demands and deliver in a fast pace environment;
• Strong problem solving, analytical and communication skills;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin); and
• Immediately available is preferred
