Job Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry, account set up and document verification of new merchant application
• Contact related internal and external parties to obtain further document on account set up
• Prepare report for management and merchants
• Provide general clerical and administrative support to the team
• Prepare and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cases

Requirements:

• HKCEE or DSE graduate with 5 subjects passed, including English, Chinese and Mathematics 
• Minimum 2 years of clerical experience
• Knowledge of system enhancement requirement analysis and testing cases preparation is preferred
• Familiar with MS Office applications 
• Accurate and fast English and Chinese typing speed not less than 35 wpm
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good telephone manner
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service awareness
