• Provide swift and quality application support on various systems, i.e. handle user queries, perform trouble-shooting, resolve technical issues, etc.
• Perform system operation and administration tasks, include daily system monitoring
• Perform hands-on system configuration change and deployment
• Work with software vendors and ODC (Offshore Development Center) on system development according to user requirements
• Co-originate and plan annual Disaster Recovery test on systems.

• Degree holder in Computer Science or other degree majoring in Information Systems, or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience in application support or application development in financial institutions
• Familiar with core banking system、Avaloq、IBM Connect:Direct；
• Good knowledge in banking products and processes
• Solid support experience in SWIFT Alliance；
