Our client, a leading logistic company listed on Hong Kong Exchange, is actively looking for a finance manager with experience in accounting, finance, and company secretarial duties.

 Job Description

• Act as a pivotal team member, you will be report to the Financial Controller.
• Logistics services, full sets of accounting and finance, and company secretarial duties
• Listing rules, finance and accounting reporting, financing and investment analysis

The Successful Applicant

• Qualified member of HKICPA or its equivalent, member of CGI preferred
• Degree holder in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics or the equivalent
• Experienced in listed company, listing rules and SFC regulatory issues
• Experience in handling company secretarial duties an asset, but not a must
• Excellent skills in written Chinese and English
• Candidates with less experience will be considered at Assistant Manager Level.
