Our Client is one of the Global Banks who is now looking for an Officer to join their onboarding team.

Responsibilities

• Provides comprehensive Know Your Client, New Account Opening, Client Reference Data Analysis and Services; and Data Management solutions
• Focuses on client Periodic reviews, remediation's and exceptions in line with regulatory standards and jurisdictions
• Provides regular communication to senior bank stakeholders on changes in KYC, Anti Money Laundering (AML) and Anti Financial Crime (AFC) areas and ensures any changes required are implemented with minimum disruptions
• Handle the end-to-end onboarding of new client accounts, collecting all relevant information and manage the client onboarding experience
• Assists the bank's clients, managing all KYC and account opening requirements with appropriate governance and controls.
• Maintain and update database of all information and documents
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 2 years' experience in KYC/compliance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese
