Responsibilities:

• Handle loan applications processing and credit checking
• Prepare loan and collateral documents*
• Handle customer’s enquiries and follow up with customer’s loan application to drawdown
• Follow up overdue payment
• Prepare regular reports for management review
• Assist in any ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in mortgage loan documentation gained in financial institutions or solicitor firms
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive and able to work under pressure
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, knowledge in Putonghua will be an advantage
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Loan Clerk
