Responsibilities

-  Responsible for marketing and sales activities to achieve the strategic and
   financial objectives of the business.

-  Formulate marketing and sales plan to grow the securities / asset management
   business.

-  Proven track record on lead the team to accomplish business objectives.

-  Develop the marketing strategy for new and existing products and services.

-  Develop and maintain close relationship with clients , and to monitor clients '
   investment portfolios.

-  Overall supervision of frontline sales, investment process, compliance, company
   policies, statutory rules and regulations.

-  Own rich resources on sales channels and network to achieve the best revenue of 
   the company.

Requirements

-  Bachelor's degree or above in Finance or related disciplines, must be a holder of
   SFC (Type 1 and/or 9) Licenses.

-  Over 8 years of management experience in securities and asset management,
   experienced with Collective Investment Scheme is preferred.

-  Have a high level of responsibility and good communication and coordination skills,
   strong sense of moral values, pay attention to details, have a good team spirit and
   professional attitude.

-  Candidate with less experience will be considered as (Senior) Sales Manager.
