Responsibilities:

• Execute a full spectrum of corporate finance and capital market transactions, ranging from merger and acquisitions, financial advisory services, structured financing, pre-IPO investments and/or IPOs
• Manage and cooperate with various professional parties to execute mandated transactions including client relationship management, process of documentation, due diligence exercise, pitch books preparation as well as liaising with all relevant regulatory authorities
• Contribute to corporate finance team dynamic and perform all functions independently
• Ad hoc duties as assigned by the Company

Requirements:

• University graduate or above preferably with a degree in Finance / Economics / Accounting / Law
• Licensed under type 6 (advising on corporate finance) regulated activity under the Securities and Futures Ordinance
• Preferably with a minimum 5 years working experience in corporate finance
• Solid exposure and knowledge in Listing rules, Takeovers Code and relevant regulatory requirements for both PRC and Hong Kong regions
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin
• Able to work under pressure, excellent communication and presentation skills
• Immediate available is preferred
