Job Description

• Act as a Responsible Officer, you will be responsible for Type 6 regulated activities. 
• Private equity, private placement, M&A, bonds merger, funds merger
• Pre-IPO, due diligence, compliance, and investment analysis

The Successful Applicant

• Holder of SFC Type 6 licensee
• Degree holder in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics or the equivalent. 
• Experienced in FA and IFA transactions, IB practices, Pre-IPO and M&A
• CPA or CFA qualified will be an asset  
• Fluent in Putonghua and English
