Job Description
The Company
Our client is a well established PRC investment bank and fund house with a SFC type 1, 4, 6 and 9 licenses which their business spectrum covers IPO sponsoring, PE,M&A, DCM, ECM, Asset Management, Securities Brokerage. They are currently looking for a DCM syndication and execution professional to join them as their Vice President,
Responsibilities:
- Took leadership in the execution of all types of debt transactions led by AMTD including IG/HY public bond issuance, liability
- management transactions, bank and corporate capital securities, private-placement notes, MTN establishment and drawdowns
- Coordinate'with'external'parties'including'lawyers,'auditors,'rating'agencies'and'work'with'internal'parties'to'ensure'smooth'execution
- Prepared monthly internal statistical reports, including bond investment portfolio and projects overview
- Lead on financial analyst, credit approval, credit risk evaluation, documentation and valuation, deal structure re-examination and syndication.
- Regularly provided up-to-date market materials, including global economic outlook, US Treasury rates, Exchange rates, Chinese offshore bond markets.
Requirements:
- 3+years of related experience in Debt Capital Market.
- Degree or above in Economics, Finance, Accounting or any related discipline.
- Working experience in financial institution which covers DCM syndication and execution is mandatory.
- Proficient in Mandarin speaking is necessary.
