Responsibilities:

• Perform asset pricing, portfolio valuation and NAV computation and identify major discrepancies in asset pricing and portfolio valuation
• Responsible for custodian operation, including product innovation/design and system enhancement and UAT
• Review and understand fund documents and terms related to fund valuation
• Conduct regular reviews of product activities and pricing to ensure managed product set is always competitive in the market
• Set up the required logistics and system readiness and establish proper control  measures to mitigate all kinds of risks
• Assist in marketing custodian/escrow services to target customers
• Improve product positioning, create marketing collateral and promotional materials in accordance with the strategies on Custodian services
• Formulate operating procedure and IT system requirements related to fund accounting, custody and other related functions
• Conduct training to both internal parties and external customers

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 8-10 years experience in Fund Administration/Investment business in banking industry/financial institutions
• Knowledgeable in securities market, fund administration and accounting, and asset management operations 
• Good leadership and management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good spoken English and Mandarin
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Vice President
