Responsibilities

• Oversee the whole spectrum of financial accounting, management reporting, financial planning, treasury, tax and internal control                                                       
• Manage finance team in Hong Kong and PRC and ensure timely submission of internal and external reporting;                                                                               
• Provide full financial reports, cost analysis and information timely and accurately to Senior Management                                                                              
• Support the planning, modelling and preparation of all annual budget deliverables and monitor performance vs actual.                                                                        
• Support CFO in ensuring effective internal, cost and inventory controls are in place and compliance with financial and tax reporting obligations and Accounting Standards

Requirements

• Degree in Finance and Accounting or related disciplines                                              
• Minimum of 10 years of work experience gained from sizable audit firms and must have HK listed company experience                                                                             
• Ability to lead others to drive change to deliver the desired outcome.
