• Provide support on credit evaluation and risk assessment for mortgage or personal loan approval
• Prepare credit proposal and perform analysis on mortgage or personal loan application
• Coordinate with legal firm on loan processing and maintain close relationship
• Verify and approve the loan applications in accordance with company guidelines

Job Requirements

• Diploma or above qualification 
• 2-3 years relevant experience in mortgage / personal loan processing
• Experience in mortgage loan application approval with financial background
• Prior exposure in money lender with 2-3 years as manager is required
• Well-versed in using MS Office such as Word, Excel and Outlook
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Fresh graduate with banking intern experience is highly preferred (Banking back office role)
