Job Description
Job Descriptions:
- Undertake responsibilities over the assigned loan portfolio including, among others, periodic and ad hoc review and reporting, early actions on credit deterioration, and stress testing;
- Participate in due diligence process of new investments;
- Conduct ad hoc project researches or studies;
- Assist in ongoing portfolio reporting to management and / or Investment Committee and related administrative tasks;
- Assist in managing loan administration matters;
- Assist in managing operation risk, internal governance and policies of the division; and
- The employment will be on a 3-year contract term subject to renewal.
- Degree holder preferably in Risk Management, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, International Business or Investment;
- A minimum of 3 - 5 years’ work experience in renowned institutional banks, institutional investors or advisory firms in one or more of the following disciplines:
- project advisory or financing;
- corporate lending or restructuring;
- risk management; or
- related discipline in infrastructure financing or investment;
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills;
- Ability in handling complex transaction structure, financial model and documentation preferred;
- Good communication and presentation capabilities;
- Good command of spoken and written English, fluent in Cantonese, Putonghua or other languages will be an advantage; and
- Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel applications.
