Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and facilitate self-assessment in the Unit Trust/Mutual Fund, Bonds, Stocks, Insurance and Pension business;
• Work extensively with Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Process Owners to create and improve policies and procedures to promote continuous improvement and the best practices;
• Work closely with the IT Domain Heads in control testing, identify gaps and provide recommendations for remediation;
• Oversee IT incident reporting process and ensure IT incidents are properly documented;
• Develop and plan for execution of Business Continuity Planning (BCP)/Disaster Recovery exercises annually;
• Coordinate IT regulatory inspections and external audit engagement;
• Support Lead IT Risk Manager in managing regular governance meeting;
• Leads effort on training to foster strong IT risk culture and awareness to strengthen 1st line of defense.

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Security, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent;
• Fresh graduates are welcomed. Candidates with 2 - 4 years of experience in technology and cyber risk management, IT compliance, IT audit, or IT security will be considered the role Senior Executive;
• Relevant experience from financial institutions or Big4 industries is a plus.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills and keen on developing collaborative relationships;
• Strong analytical skills to review and analyze data to identify and articulate key issues and propose solutions;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Good facilitation and presentation skills.
• A self-starter, always strive for excellence, innovative with service oriented mindsets and initiative to improve processes;
• High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork;
• Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.
