Our client is a Chinese state owned investment bank. They are looking for an AVP/VP, to join their Compliance department supporting the investment compliance function 

Responsibilities

• Provide compliance advice for Asset Management business and new product(equity, fixed income, QFII, RQFII and authorized fund)
• Perform vetting on marketing materials
• Handle FATCA and CRS registration and reporting related tasks
• Execute compliance review such as best execution and irregular trade
• Perform post-trade compliance monitoring
• Filing for disclosure of interest if necessary

Requirements

• Degree holders in Law/ Finance or related disciplines
• At least 5 years relevant asset management compliance experience; Chinese background asset manager preferably
• Well versed of relevant law and regulations
• Proficient in Mandarin, English and Chinese
• Proactive team player with good interpersonal skills
