- Manage the Operations Support team members
- Review completed cases TAT of operations processes and participate in TAT related project. Assess and analyze for underlying cause of prolonged TAT. Work with Operations process team managers to arrive at improvement and solution etc.
- Monitor the delivery of correspondence in quality and meet statutory timeline for those with regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to deliver Annual Benefit Statement/ Member Benefit Statement and meet statutory timeline for those with regulatory requirements
- Manage the change/update of all operations forms/system generated correspondence to ensure it adheres the approval/sign off process in quality and align with company compliance requirements. Keep proper inventory of forms
- Coordinate and work closely with QA and each Process Team Head/Manager to review and update Procedural Manuals and End to End Process Maps to ensure they are all up to date incorporating all changes in process and procedures at trigger event and regulatory requirement change
- Participate end to end review for transformation to streamline all processes for operational efficiency
- Provide support to QA on complaint and investigation cases and manage the enquiries from Operations Support mailbox
- Coordinate Operations process teams on IT and external audit
- Prepare management reports, dashboard, and presentation materials
- Host the Weekly Operations Review Meeting on behalf of Director TPA Operations and Change if required
- Act as Operations Representative in BSF projects as assigned
Job Requirements
- University Degree with solid working experience in pension administration or business analysis in financial industry
- Assertive and able to build professional relationships with a variety of different teams and clients
- Experience in pensions system implementation will be an advantage
- Experience of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including negotiation, diplomacy and facilitation skills
