Duties 

•        Responsible for leading the team to formulate and implement segment strategies
•        Improve customer experience, design and monitor the implementation of segment business plan
•        Work with various internal and external stakeholders to implement on the segment project 
•        Make business recommendations efficiently and provide support to the department

Requirements  

•        Degree holder or above with major in Business Administration, Finance and Accounting or a related discipline
•        At least 10  years relevant experience of  segmentation in banking or insurance industry 
•        Good knowledge of cross border products and Chinese working background  or local Chinese preferred
•        Strong leadership, strategy planning and project management
