Role Overview

• Manage a team (Bancassurance) of insurance sales and operation staff on sales performance, service standard, operations, training and compliance
• Achieve business goals of the Bank by leading a sales team with aid of operational staff to generate revenue from Wealth Management products
• Work with product owners to implement business strategies 

Ideal Profile:

• 6-10 years of relevant experience required
• Previous experience in management of banking, sales or client service preferred
