Job Description
- To handle enquiries through the hotline, email, webchat and all online channels;
- To follow the procedures and workflows with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements properly;
- To proactively learn and grasp the latest knowledge concerned to facilitate proper discharge of daily duties;
- Deliver consistently excellent customer service in an effective and efficient manner in order to achieve total customer satisfaction and KPIs;
- Work closely with the Team manager/ Operation manager, product owners or business to identify the areas of improvement based on the customer enquiries landscape;
- Handle ad-hoc projects or customer issues analysis.
Job Requirements
- Diploma holder or above;
- 1-2 years’ experience, preferably in the banking industry or contact centre;
- Fluent and strong proficiency in written English and Chinese;
- Word Processing: Chinese (速成/倉頡/拼音) with 20/wpm, English with 20/wpm is required;
- Detailed-minded, proactive and able to work under pressure;
- Fresh graduates with Bachelor's Degree are also considered.
About Work:
- Working Location: Kwun Tong
- Medical Insurance, Shift Allowance and OT Allowance, Performance Bonus, 14 Annual Leave, Commission depends on performance;
- 1 year renewable contract;
- 5 Working days per week, Shift duty is required.
