Responsibility

• Support Investor Relations team to provide quality services to high net-worth and institutional investors.
• Perform client account opening, conduct KYC/AML checks, process subscriptions and redemptions from investors.
• Handle and follow up with investors enquiries and ad-hoc requests in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Maintaining client database.
• Assist the team in fund raising.
• Prepare marketing materials, newsletters and provide administrative support to the team.

 Requirement

• Degree holder in Business, Financial Services, Economics or related disciplines.
• 1-3 years of investor relation experience in Asset Management or Hedge Fund related fields.
• Experience in performing AML, KYC and operational due diligence will be a plus.
• Knowledge of different fund structures and regulatory requirements will be an advantage.
• Good interpersonal skills, detail-oriented with a customer-first mentality.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua is a must.
• Self-motivated and be a good team player with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Proficiency in PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fresh graduates will also be considered.
