What you’ll do and what success looks like in this role 

• Identify, articulate and quantify any potential risk exposure in the Bank’s daily workflows and procedures
• Develop effective risk control measures with business unit owners
• Monitor the progress of risk control measure implementation
• Perform periodic thematic review to ensure the Bank’s routine operations are executed in a strict adherence of specifications stated in procedure manuals
• Formulate, drive and implement process enhancement initiatives to improve operational efficiency, risk effectiveness and to deliver quality customer service
• Track the Bank’s risk exposure in its daily operations and escalate to the management for any material breach of risk controls

What is required and what we’re looking for 

• Degree or above in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Operation Management, Risk Management or related discipline
• At least 3 - 5 years relevant experience, preferably in retail banking and fintech industry
• Passionate in shaping a brand-new banking experience to the market
• Solid knowledge of internal control principles and ability to assess risk in various dimensions
• Strong understanding of digital/online/ virtual retail banking operations
• Good communication skills and able to articulate complex information for audiences of different backgrounds
• Excellent command of spoken and written Cantonese and English
• Less experience candidate will be considered as Officer
