We are a well-established Family Office with over 10 years of history supporting the financial investment activities for our diversified group of business, offering full spectrum investment and wealth management service to the family office.  

We are looking for a retail industry focused Investment Analyst who will work closely with the senior management & wealth management team.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Keep updated on the existing investment portfolio in retail sector, work closely with the portfolio companies on business performance, compliance matter;
• Report to management for industry development, compare and analyse related information with portfolio companies;
• Conduct In-depth research and analysis of retail industries key companies/segmented fields, analysis of the specific industry of target companies;
• Closely follow up with industry changes and forecast industry trends,possible new investment opportunities and conduct due diligence on new projects;
  
• Prepare various investment and market analysis reports, financial analysis, market updates, investment memorandum of industries/companies independently;
• Provide non-equity related investment and asset management support to the family investment office;

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Economics, Finance or Business related discipline;
• Experience working in Family Asset Investment Office is preferred;
• 8-10 years of management and investment experience in retail industry, non equity relevant working experience preferred;
• Skilled at examining and interpreting data from various sources, including but not limited to financials, sales report and market data, able to generate insight and recommendation for investment decision making;
• Solid knowledge of financial analysis and project management;
• Positive working attitude, proactive willing to learn, patience;
• Proficient in English, Mandarin, Cantonese is mandatory;
