Requirements: 

• University degree, preferably in economics, political sciences or law
• Fundamental knowledge of the Chinese economic and political system
• Professional with industry knowledge from internship or work experience in this area
• Outstanding conceptual and analytical skills
• Creative, independent team player with a high level of initiative
• Excellent command of English and/or German
• Excellent Mandarin language skills
• Customer-oriented mindset
• Interest in new challenges
• International experience is a plus, though not as essential as the aforementioned aspects
