Responsibilities:

• Assist department to manage investment portfolios of HK equities, funds and cross boarder products
• Identify investment target/project, perform due diligence, deal negotiation, financing strategic and post-investment management
• Assist in designing and launching investment products by analyzing market trends, demand information of target customers and formulate the overall layout of products
• Prepare investment memorandums, presentations and portfolio management reports for internal and external communication
• Ad hoc projects as assigned by the Company

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Finance or other related disciplines, CFA/FRM qualification would be advantage
• At least 3 years of practical experience in product structures and/or HK equity / fund / cross boarder product investment, gaining from asset management, wealth management, Investment banking or similar organization
• Experience in Cross boarder products (QFII, TRS etc) will be an added advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua
