Job Description
Job Duties:
- Engage with banks, FIs, Logistics and platforms to look for cooperation opportunity on eKYC.
- Be response for customer onboarding product in RDWT.
- Define customer onboarding E2E flow including integration with staff portal, external vendor, i.e. ID&V and reliable source.
- Work with Partnership to gather feedback from potential partners.
- Summarize the commonality and characteristic requirements of different partners for KYC requirements and form as standardized product.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Technology, Business Administration is preferred.
- Strong business and system sense with ability to analyze business requirements and provide system/process solution
- A good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-initiative, able to work independently and under pressure, and meet tight deadline
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Immediate available or short notice is preferred
