Our client is a well-established banking group with diversified businesses in Wealth Management, Corporate, Investment and Consumer banking. With their continuous expansion in their business, an excellent opportunity has arisen for a high-calibre card / lending product / project professional to join their retail banking business focused on project management.

Report directly to Team Head, you will be a key member of the squad as a subject matter expect of retail lending & credit cards product and participate in digital transformation project. You will provide expert advice on driving and enhancing product platform capability and ensure smooth projects delivery . You will work closely with various department, including Legal, Compliance, Risk and Control to monitor end-to-end process for retail lending and credit card products and ensure the whole process complies with internal and external regulatory requirements. You will work with IT team from preparing the business requirements, perform gap analysis to UAT testing,. In addition, you will provide operational support within the team when required.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• Bachelor degree or above in related discipline
• Minimum 5 years' experience in product management/ project management/ process management in retail banking
• Product knowledge in retail lending and credit card will be a plus
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in both English, Cantonese and Mandarin
