The incumbent will be responsible to assist in handle controlling matters.

Your tasks:

• Perform financial and management information analysis
• Responsible for preparing and analyzing monthly budget variance reports for South China Region
• Responsible for lease reporting and administration in South China Region
• Coordinate investment application process and monitoring investment status
• Prepare management reports
• Assist in preparation of budget & financial forecast
• Assist in implementation of finance projects
• Assist in internal control review and ensure compliance with Group’s policies

Your qualifications, experience & skills:

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance, preferably with professional qualifications
  
• Minimum 4 years relevant experience
• Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage
• Possess core competences including planning & organizing, customer and service orientation, team building & cooperation, initiative and commitment for quality
