Responsibilities

• Manage all corporate legal, company secretarial and compliance activities and external licensing and regulatory issues;
• Draft and review legal and commercial documents (including Shareholders agreement, JV agreement, Funds set up agreements, Cooperation agreement etc.) and support the negotiation with business partners;
• Provide legal advice, analyses and support to all internal departments in relation to Fund business, Investment and Incubation activities;
• Perform basic company secretarial services and compliance review in accordance with regulatory requirement;
• Liaise with external professionals and other regulatory bodies.

Requirements

• Hong Kong qualified solicitor or registered foreign lawyer with 5 - 8 years’ post qualification experience ideally from financial institution;
• Experience gained from financial institution, investment bank, professional firm is preferred;
• Good execution and negotiation skills, written and oral communications skills with different level of people including senior management;
• Experience in drafting and reviewing legal and commercial agreements; performing company secretary services;
• Immediate available is preferable.
