Duties:

• Develop and acquire new private wealth customers and grow high-net-worth customer base
• Manage and draft business strategy and business plan for crypto and digital assets business with good understand in market trends and structure
• Identifying new business opportunities focused on Digital Assets
• Building long-term relationships with prospective clients and special focus on the customers' personal financial analysis and investment needs
• Handle the whole project life cycle from idea generation to performance management
• Formulate and execute the business plan, trading desk plan and KPI reporting
• Engage in local and overseas premier communities to promote company's brand

Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant working experience in banking industry; focusing in sales/ business development
• Sound knowledge in cryptocurrency product / blockchain and strong network; passionate in crypto industry
• Ability in identifying marketing trends and drive client acquisition
• Experience in FinTech or capital market industry is an advantage
• Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication
