Job Description
Our client is a well established international financial services institution, providing wealth management and advisory services to customers worldwide. To cope with expansion, they are seeking for a passionate individual to join the operation and client services team.
Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
- Support back office operation duties and client administration. Provide services such as account opening, encashment and account termination upon client request.
- Perform due diligence and review account opening documents.
- Ensure transactions are authorized and processed accurately, efficiently and in compliance with regulatory guidelines, internal policies and procedures.
- Update and maintain client database and filing records.
- Act as liaison between external business partners, clients and Advisor Team.
- Assist office administrative duties and projects as necessary.
- Diploma or above.
- Strong attentive to details, well-organized, ability to take ownership and work independently.
- Experience from banking / financial industry is an advantage.
- Strong in people skills and customer service mindset.
- Experience handling KYC and client onboarding would be an advantage.
- Suitable for candidates who are seeking for a stable and international environment.
- Willing to learn. Detail training will be provided.
