Our client is a well established international financial services institution, providing wealth management and advisory services to customers worldwide.  To cope with expansion, they are seeking for a passionate individual to join the operation and client services team.

Responsibilities:

• Support back office operation duties and client administration.  Provide services such as account opening, encashment and account termination upon client request.
• Perform due diligence and review account opening documents.
• Ensure transactions are authorized and processed accurately, efficiently and in compliance with regulatory guidelines, internal policies and procedures.
• Update and maintain client database and filing records.
• Act as liaison between external business partners, clients and Advisor Team.
• Assist office administrative duties and projects as necessary.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above.
• Strong attentive to details, well-organized, ability to take ownership and work independently.
• Experience from banking / financial industry is an advantage.
• Strong in people skills and customer service mindset.
• Experience handling KYC and client onboarding would be an advantage.
• Suitable for candidates who are seeking for a stable and international environment.
• Willing to learn.  Detail training will be provided.
