Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Treasury Product Distribution, you will be responsible for promoting and developing treasury products and solutions to Private Banking and Retail Banking segments. Product coverage shall include FX Spot & Forward, FX derivatives and structured products, equity derivatives and etc.

Responsibilities:

Create and maintain the team’s roadmap with strategic priorities in mind
Represent the team in communication with cross-functional departments
Act as the supervisor of the team to ensure smooth running of daily sales trading and operations
Develop deep relationships with internal client segments through sales trading and execution services
Identify market trends and develop market and trading views that align with the in-house market outlook and commentary
Participate in product development and system/workflow enhancement projects
Willing to work on Saturday and public holidays on rotation basis & work on middle or night shift if business required

Your expertise:

Possess strong FX experience; equity derivatives experience is a plus
Experience in leading a small team is a plus
Experience in managing client relationships in financial services
The ability to build strong internal and external client relationships
The key attributes of accuracy, diligence and detail orientated
Ability to quickly analyze market news, and implications especially on FX
Outwardly confident and able to work well under pressure
At least 5 years of work experience in Treasury (Global Markets) / banking is preferred
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Treasury Sales Manager
