Job Accountability 

•          Assist in managing and monitoring existing investment portfolios, with particular emphasis in UK and US real estate assets/development projects and private debt projects;
•          Assist in preparing presentations and investment committee memorandums for new and add-on investments and marketing presentation;
•          Participate in the deal execution/negotiation process and daily project management, such as due diligence of transactions, negotiation of contracts, preparation of investment memorandums, etc.;
•          Prepare and maintain the financial models and cash flow forecasts for different projects;
•          Liaise with business partners like professional service providers, consultants, lawyers and bankers; and
•          Prepare periodic reviews of existing portfolio companies, including valuations and quarterly reports to investors and other ad-hoc reports to senior management/investors.

Requirements

•          Bachelor degree in Real Estate/Business from top-tier universities with minimum 0-4 years’ relevant experience in property developers / real estate investment management firms/property valuers/PE/PD, graduated from overseas universities are preferred;
•          Member of MRICS;
•          Member of CFA/CPA, SFC Type 4 and 9 licensed are preferred;
•          1-3 years of real estate investment experience in overseas with a good understanding of real estate fundamentals and development program;
•          Knowledge of financial modelling, financial accounting, property valuation, or contract law with working experience in financial due diligence is desirable;
•          Excellent presentation skills and ability to articulate and analyze data;
•          Hard-working, strong analytical skills, goal-oriented, self-motivated, thoroughly enjoy highly detail-oriented work, and presentable individual;
•          Able to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment to handle multi projects at a time;
•          Able to work overtime and could provide instant response to overseas partner;
•          Fluency in English and Chinese / Putonghua is essential for this role; and
•          Advanced user of Microsoft office suite.
